I said the other day ...

... that the scaffolding was back. And not only is it back, it's now been erected at the barn. Or most of it has - we'll do the bit around the short side of the barn tomorrow morning.

It's an impressive piece of kit and probably the best investment Terry and I have made. There are 8 bays of about 2.5 metres each going to a height of 6 metres. Of course you can mix and match it and have it going higher over a shorter distance but it's still 120 metres of scaffolding and that's a lot in anyone's language.

Once my barn roof is done we will be hiring it out to all-comers and it will become another string to out income-generating bow.

Of course the summer has returned so we were erecting it in the sweltering heat. But we knocked off early as Terry wanted to watch the footy. I dunno why though, as they didn;t come to see him when he was bad.

But Slovenia were unlucky not to equalise. If only they had played Scracanic and Sonofabic instead of Ivanic and Shagabic they might well have made Ingerlund suffer.

So tomorrow we should be finishing off the erection and then starting on the stripping.
